Elite launches new insurance products Post Online

Charles Wright, managing director of Elite, said that there are a number of more jobs on the horizon.

Mr Wright said: “We believe that these products and the way we are selling them at the right premium levels, will provide sustainable profitable growth, we are not interested in the boom and bust approach.”

Elite has moved into the French insurance market with the launch of its decennial insurance product.

They will be offering policies to small contractors or artisans through specialist agents with local knowledge.

Elite has also signed its first gap insurance contract with Car Care and are also working with Virtual Products.

Gap insurance will be available in the UK through a number of other white label partners. Elite’s accident, sickness and unemployment insurance is available in the Republic of Ireland.

Mr Wright said they are looking at liability products in the future such as professional indemnity.

“We are moving ahead but with suitable caution as we are trying to develop a sustainable product,” he said.
